Project Management Institute is a worldwide recognized non-for-profit organization that unites project, program, and portfolio managers who work in different fields.
PMP, CAMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, and PMI-RMP are the certificates issued by PMI to qualified managers whose education and work experience meet the certification’s eligibility requirements. A qualified manager has to successfully pass a corresponding exam in order to obtain the desired credential.

Individuals who lead and direct project teams are eligible for applying for this credential. Among the benefits of becoming a certified PMP are acquiring knowledge and skills for implementing the newest project management strategies and techniques, and an opportunity to work in any industry, no matter what the manager’s initial specialization was.
- The exam lasts 4 hours, and consists of 200 multiple-choice questions.
- It costs $405 for PMI members, and $555 for non-members to take the exam.
Certified Associate of Project Management (CAMP)

- The cost of receiving the CAMP certificate is $225 for PMI members and $300 for non-members.

- The cost of the process makes $1,500 for PMI members and $1,800 for non-members.
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)
Managers who deal with the development and maintenance of project schedule can apply for PMI Scheduling Professional certification.
- The Institute gives an applicant 3,5 hours to answer 170 questions of the exam.
